The 4 Wing Military Family Resource Centre Society (4 Wing MFRCS) has been serving the community of Cold Lake for over 30 years! At First Flights, we are committed to providing quality childcare, not only to our Military members but to the rest of the community!

We believe that the quality of early childhood development is dependent on the connection between parents and their care providers. To keep parents involved in their child's education on a daily basis, we use the Lilio App.
